Biography
Mr. Quintana brings his unique experience to the firm’s technology and enterprise department. He has worked for one of the world’s largest law firms (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher) and also as a sole practitioner. He has worked for one of the world’s largest technology companies (Hughes Aircraft) and also for small start-ups. Mr. Quintana has taught law school courses on intellectual property as an adjunct professor of law.
Mr. Quintana has passed NASD examinations and qualified as a broker-dealer securities principal with several professional securities licenses including the following: Series 7 (Registered Representative), Series 4 (Options Principal), Series 21 (Securities Principal). He is prepared to advise our clients in all aspects of starting and building successful business enterprises starting with formation and early financing and continuing through the enterprise lifespan.
Mr. Quintana graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego Law School in 1991, and served as a member of the Law Review there. He graduated cum laude from the Colorado College in 1981, having completed majors in mathematics and psychology.
